Felt good in the morning, nothing really to report about yesterday.
A. Power Snatch – build to heavy single; rest as needed
The power snatch felt pretty good today. The reps at 205 & 210 were right about parallel, so I’m gonna go ahead and count them. I did my best to keep my chest high through the first pull, which I see as my biggest problem in this lift. Videos below:

10 Power Snatches @ 80% of “A” (Used 165 lbs)

This WOD was hard. Not so hard I couldn’t do it, but harder than I expected to get the 165 lb power snatches. I think I did pretty well though feeling out when I had the strength to push the reps on the snatch and when I needed a second or 2 more rest.

This was pretty easy and I just went all out. I think it’s a good place to start, but the weight never really got difficult except maybe the last 3 reps or so and the box jumps weren’t terrible. We know that these are 2 movements I like though, so I guess that makes sense.
