A. Power Clean & Jerk – 1 perfect rep on the min for 15min (225-245#)
225 & 235 went well, I only missed once because the bar got out in front of me and I tried to TnG at the shoulder. They were all TnG at the shoulder except for that one miss. The 245 was pretty tough, I had to break them into 2 movements, but I never missed. I did 5 at each weight. Video below.
6 UB DL @ 315#
10 UB Ring Dips
These went smooth with no problems. Times in seconds were 24, 24, 22, 23, & 24. Video below.
8 KB Swings @ 2p ++ (heaviest KB you have)
15 HR Push-ups
Used an 80 lb KB because that’s the heaviest we’ve got. No trouble here either. Times were 36, 34, 34, 35, & 34. Video below.

Row – 30sec @ 90-95% effort
Rest – 15sec
Mobility – 20min
This PM session went well. The rowing sucked, as it always does, but I know I’ve gotta do it. No video because it’d be super boring.
