Nothing too difficult here, the 4th rep was harder than the previous sets of 3, but I made it through just fine. Videos below.

C. Wtd. Strict CTB Pull-up @21×1 – 5 x 3; rest 2min (maintain HB position, build to heavy triple)
These were pretty tough to hold the tempo perfect, but I did more than I expected. I went 18, 25, 35, 40 (got 2 good reps plus about 95% of the way on the 3rd rep) then back to 35. Videos below.

These strict muscle-up triples were difficult and by the end I was worn out, but I never missed any. I forgot to turn the camera on during the 3rd round, so there’s no video there. My final round I had nothing left in the triceps and got like maybe 1/2 a second in the ring support hold. My ring support hold times were 16-12-?-11-0. Videos below.
