Got some solid sleep on Sunday night, but was hurting pretty bad from the weekend of travel and workouts.

This went well. I changed the weights after the thrusters instead of after the DUs and I think this helped a lot with the HR. I got 3 reps at 195 for a total of 285 reps. I had 1 no-rep at 195 because the bar got out in front of me and I had to chase it and caught it with bent knees. Video below.
