You know how this went, score ended up being 192/270. The wrist held up and that made me happy, but I really wish I had done this workout twice. Even though I knew that the grip and TTB was going to be the limiting factor, I didn’t truly know how that was going to feel. I wish I had pushed a little harder and gone a little faster on the barbell, not worrying as much about my breathing/heart rate and just left more time for the TTB because I could get some small rest in between reps of TTB, which I think could sustain me. I also think I had a bit of a brain fart at the end of the C&J. I wish I had gone 260 to 275, then try 280 or 285 instead of going 260, 270, then attempting 280. I guess this is a coulda, woulda, shoulda situation, but as always until I’m on top of the leaderboard I am going to always want more. Video is below.
