CS Recovery / Plyometric
This was a reasonable session, I feel like I just knew it was a deload week so I didn’t crush it, but I made the session work.
A. HB Back Squat – 8,6,4; rest 2-3min (building to 80%)
No trouble here, the weights were 255-285-305. Videos are below.
B. Banded Clean Grip Deadlift – 5 x 3; rest 3min (mod-heavy across)
No trouble here, I used 305 the whole way. Could’ve gone much heavier or a heavier band, but I figured this was mod-heavy. Videos below.
C1. Rings Push-ups – 3 x 15 for time; rest 30sec
These were great, even better than last week. I did all 3 rounds in 11 seconds.
C2. Inverted Bar Row – 3 x 20 for time; rest 90sec
These were better than last week too. Not sure what changed, but I did better than previously. Times were 18-22-31.

D. TTB – 8 reps on the min for 5min
No trouble here, just easily worked through these. Video below.
