A. Push Press – 3,3,3; rest 3:00 (build to tough 3)
Hit these bad boys at 185-205-215. My PR is 225 and my legs were a little heavy from the cyclical work in the morning, so I wasn’t getting the lift I would’ve preferred. Videos below.
B. HB Back Squat – 3,3,3; rest 3:00 (build to tough 3)
Once again with the heavy legs, I just did what I could without killing myself. These numbers are fairly low, but whatever. 275-305-325. Videos below.
C. RDL – 3,3,3; rest 3:00 (heavy across)
Felt better pulling and hit 325 for all 3 triples. Videos below.
