Great training day. Only gave myself a 9 on concentration because of the 2nd rep of the EMOM that I missed I was definitely not concentrating, should’ve been an easy make.
A. Squat Snatch – build to tough single
You know how this went. I went 165-185-205-215-225 no misses, then missed 230 twice but it was because I was just over pulling and I knew how to fix it, then I made the 3rd one and then hit 235 on my first attempt. I gave 240 a go twice, but I over-pulled & swung my hips forward late both times, which caused the bar to loop and me to miss the catch. I will get it next time. Big PR here at 235 though. B. Squat Snatch – 1 rep on the 20sec @ 77% of “”A”” for 20 reps
No problems here except I missed the 2nd rep. I did an extra round, 21 total, to make up for it. I used 180 lbs. Video below:

This one was difficult, but went well. I finished the burpees at 5:11. My shoulders were on fire, I think I can make 5:00 if I’m fresh, but I know…”this is a fatigue based sport”, haha. The row took 5:38 (that’s what the rower read), but the total time was 11:05 when I finished. Video below:
