A little worn out after the night before, had some beers at a friends birthday party. Still got 9+ hours of sleep, but definitely not the best sleep or the best fuel for the next morning.

This one went ok. I think I needed a better warm up of my truck because my lower back was smoked when I got to the 165 OHS and that’s really the only reason I had to break that round, I had more in my legs. It also didn’t feel so hot doing the muscle-ups.
I ended up scoring 107, so all the way through 165 OHS & 7 muscle-ups. I did the MUs in doubles, with 1 miss on the second rep. Video below:
