A. Pistol Progressions – 10-15min (just grease the groove here)
Nothing special here, had to do a ton of mobility to get these feeling good after the workouts yesterday and the 8 hours of driving in the last 3 days. I got loosened up though and they felt good.
Front Squat @ 205#
Went over the top on warming up my lower back and thought I’d be ok, but it definitely got tight as hell during this, it was the limiting factor. I went UB on the 21, which I was happy about. Then I went 2 sets for 15s and 9s and then UB on the 6 & 3. All the burpees and TTB were unbroken. Time was 11:57. Video below.
