Sat 1/17/15:
Got some good sleep last night, a solid 8 hours. Looking forward to some more rest tonight. My core & hips were pretty damn worn out from the rowing & core work yesterday.

Awesome training session today, felt much better than yesterday energy wise. Really pushed myself physically and mentally today.

A. Deadlift – 5 reps on the min for 8min (315#)
This was great. Right hand, ripped one, was a little difficult to hold the bar with, but my legs felt good pulling. No real trouble making any of these reps. Video below:

7 Rounds for time:
10 HSPU (anyway)
10 Burpees
30 Double-unders
This workout was tough on the shoulders, they were burning pretty damn good. I went unbroken on the burpees and DUs throughout and on the HSPUs for the first 3 rounds. The last 4 rounds I went 5-5 on the HSPUs. I was happy with this result, I would’ve liked to be sub-10 minutes, but I spent very little time resting and I went as hard as I could on all 3 movements. That HSPU/Burpee combo was pretty deadly on the front of the shoulder. Time was 10:46. Video below:
