Got 8 hours of sleep on Friday night, felt good in the morning. Legs a little tight and fatigued from Friday. Shoulders a little tight too. I got the shoulders to loosen up though with some mobility.
I was feeling good and was very focused. When I feel good on Saturday mornings, it’s my favorite time to train.

This started really well and I was very happy with how I did with the 75 lbs & 135 lbs snatches, but I could really feel the fatigue in my legs and hips once I picked up the 165. I was shooting to get 90 reps, but only got 80. We know that heavy snatch & heavy power clean repeatability is a weakness of mine and I know for a fact that a year ago I wouldn’t be anywhere near 80 reps here, but I was still hoping to do better. I’d love to try this one again after a rest day.
I think I could’ve gone maybe a little faster on the 135, but I’m not sure if that would’ve fatigued me too much for the 165 and I would’ve ended up with the same score or if the extra time would’ve helped me get a few more reps.
