Another solid nights sleep, about 9.5 hours.
Gave it all I had and this workout turned out pretty good. I think I could still use some strength gains, but I went unbroken.

Time was 3:12. Faster than I’ve ever done Diane, which is good considering there’s 4 extra transitions. Video is below.
HS Walking Practice – 15min
This went ok. I think I need to spend more time practicing here. My longest this day was 20m. I got another 17m walk and then a bunch of 10-12m walks.
