Got another good nights sleep, I think a little more than 9 hours. Feeling better once again, but still not 100%. Quads were super sore from all the OH squats, but the rest of me felt good.
I decided to pace this whole workout and not just try to hammer it from the beginning. My plan was to do 11 deadlifts, drop the bar, then 1 deadlift + 5 hang power cleans, drop the bar, 4 hang power cleans + 6 push jerks, then go to the next round. I followed this pattern the entire workout except round 5 where I split the deadlifts into 2 sets to save some grip. It worked out perfectly and I think I could push a little harder on rounds 4 and 5 to speed my time up. I finished in 6:57, which was a 2:24 PR. Video is below:

Nothing to report for the row and mobility really. I rowed for about 10 minutes and then I work on my quads & glutes for the mobility.
