I slept well last night, but felt a little sluggish this morning. I think I’m just a little worn out after a long week. I rolled out my quads a lot last night and they felt better than expected this morning.

The first round went well and I was able to use that hook grip re-grip you were talking about pretty effectively. This was the first time I’d tried that re-grip and it worked well, it’ll be a good skill to have for the future. The C2B Pull Ups felt good the whole way, I missed my chest on 1 rep, so I had to jump back up one time. The wall balls went well too, I did a couple sets of 15 unbroken and then went 10-5 the rest of the way. I was a little disappointed in my score, I thought I could’ve done better, but I just wasn’t feeling it today. I’m not sure if I was worn out from everything yesterday or what, but I just didn’t have the energy that I would’ve liked. I tried to do a little standing around as possible, but I think overall this wasn’t my best performance.
