Sat 2/7/15:
Slept a solid 10 hours last night. Felt great in the morning.

Felt good and had a couple training partners today, which helped.

A. Squat Snatch – build to a tough single
My movement felt really good so I just decided I was going to go until it felt too heavy or I just wasn’t comfortable anymore. I was hoping to tie my PR of 235 without any misses and I got close, I missed 235 once and then I made it immediately after. I made 240 on my first attempt, which was a 5 lb PR. Then I went for 245, missed once, and then made the second one. I decided to just call it there (I kind of wanted to attempt 250) because I had been taking some big rests and had been basically snatching for almost an hour. I took video of my lifts at 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235, 240 & 245, they’re below.

I didn’t hear back from you on this one, so I decided to do 1 round, then rest 6 minutes, then do another round, then row 12 minutes, then repeat. I kept times per round. If you need times per movement, I can watch the video and get those too. My round times were 3:06, 2:49, 2:57, 3:08. It was almost exactly 1 minute per movement give or take a few seconds. The burpee box jumps hurt the most and were definitely the limiting factor. Videos are below.
