Slept a solid 8.5 hours Friday night and felt great in the morning. Hamstrings are still a little tight, but they feel better after I spent some time on them.

This was pretty fun. I had no one to time me, so these are from me running with my phone and looking down at it as I crossed the finish line. This was also approx. 40m because I just paced it out to about 120 feet. Times were Videos below:

This went well, the TnG C&J is something that I’m still working on, but I thought I did pretty well with the 175 lbs. The row was good and I was able to keep the 500m pace at 1:26 or lower pretty much the whole way. The times per round were 1:01, 1:02 & 1:01. Videos below:
