Got some solid sleep, I think 8 hours this night. Felt good in the morning, legs not 100% after the C&Js and front squats the day before, but not sore, just heavy.

10 Min AMRAP:
5 Hang Squat Cleans at 155 lbs
7 bar facing burpees
Score: 9 rounds + 4 burpees
This wasn’t my greatest performance, but it wasn’t terrible either. I think I went out too hot and it cost me in the long run. I had to break up the HSCs in the middle of the workout because of fatigue in my legs, but later in the workout I just rested a little more after the burpees and was able to go unbroken. This is probably a workout I could improve 1 or more rounds on if I re-did it after I felt it out, but like we talked, there isn’t really a point. Hamstrings were the #1 limiting factors as they were on fire. Video below.
