I did this one early in the morning because we were taking all the members to the beach for our first beach WOD, which was a success. I was a little tight from the day before, but it wasn’t terrible. My lower back was kind of tight from the good mornings and that ended up being the limiting factor on the deadlifts.

I was hoping to go unbroken through this WOD, but my lower back was not happy with this combination the day after doing all those good mornings. The limiting factor was definitely back tightness. I did a long warm up too, so I’m not sure there was much else I could do. My time was 7:34
