DWM Sat 8/9/14

Sat 8/9/14:
I slept 9 hours after the wedding, but still felt worn out after a long day and the last 2 days of training. We drove home and get here about 1 pm and the plan was to take a nap and then go to the gym. I slept for another 2.5 hours and didn’t have it in me to go, so I decided to rest and hit it on Sunday.
