Felt good this morning when I woke up. Nothing really to report. Congestion isn’t quite gone, but pretty close.

Finished the 30 Power Cleans @ 5:18. Completed 8 rounds + 3 deadlifts. I wasn’t really happy with this, I felt strong in my muscles the entire way, but I was just crushed in my breathing. It’s hard to explain how I felt, but I’ve felt this way before when I’ve done a heavy WOD. I think the last time I felt like this I did a 20 min AMRAP: 20 Thrusters 135#, 20 pull ups, 20 burpees. It’s almost like the breath that I’m taking isn’t helping me recover, but when I pick up the weight it feels light. The wall balls were super easy, but I just never wanted to pick up the ball.
