Almost all caught up. Slept a solid 8 hours. Had to train early today because I had a networking lunch at 11:30.
I was feeling good when I woke up, but once I started moving it was apparent that I just didn’t have it. I don’t know if those 75 minutes in the sun caused it or just the hard Monday/Tuesday caused it, but I felt fatigued.
A. HB Back Squat – 5 x 3; rest 2min (heavy across)
This went ok. I got stronger as it went along and I hit this at 335 across. I didn’t feel good at all during the warm up sets though, the bar just felt heavy. Videos below:
B. Squat Snatch – 5 x 184.108.40.206.1; rest 20sec + 3min (build to max of the complex)
This also just went ok. I was surprised at how hard the 3rd, 4th & 5th reps were. I worked up 155-165-175-175-180.

This piece didn’t go so well. During the first round of wall balls I already felt the fatigue in my legs and I knew it was going to be a long one. I just tried to keep moving as much as possible and reduce the rest I took. My time was 15:10. Video below:
