Slept 7 hours on Wednesday night and felt good in the morning. Nothing really to report.
Great training session with some solid strength work and a super hard push during the sprints at the end.
A. Push Jerk x2 + Split Jerk x1 – 5 tough sets of the complex; rest 2min
These were good. I hit them at 225, 235, 245, 255 & 245. I missed the first push jerk attempt at 255, so I went for it again and got all 3. I think the double push jerk plus a split jerk at 255 was good for me, I’m very happy about that result. I know I can do even better too after watching the video, I can definitely get lower in the catch on both movements. Videos below:
B. Deadlift – in 5 quick sets, build to moderate TnG 3
This was pretty simple, worked up as follows: 225, 275, 315, 345 & 345. Videos below:

This was tough, but I was happy with the result, I never really fell off the pace. All rounds were either 33 or 32 seconds as follows: 33/33/32/33/32/33. Videos below:

Solid work here, just a steady run. Brought Murph with us and got him some good exercise too.
