Didn’t sleep so good last night. Dog woke me up a couple times, got about 6 hours of sleep.
Body felt pretty good today, but biceps were kind of tight after the C2B pull ups yesterday. I went to the chiropractor (I go every 2 weeks, usually on Tuesday). She did some A.R.T. on my biceps and my back. She also aligned me.
I feel like I’m getting a cold, going to try to get some extra sleep tonight and take a nap tomorrow.

This went well. My strategy was to never move too fast until the last 2 minutes, but try to never take more than 3 or 4 seconds rest. This worked pretty well I think. I was able to keep my heart rate down and never really take a big break.
