Got some good sleep this night, I think 8+ hours. I had a great breakfast and a lot of coffee and was feeling great when I got to the gym.
CS Activation & Recovery
Run – 4 x 400m @ 1:20-1:24/400m pace; rest=work
I absolutely killed these runs. I’m not exactly sure why, maybe the training cycle hitting it’s stride, but I felt great running. My times were 1:10-1:10-1:14-1:14. I almost felt like I was jogging on the 3rd and 4th for the second 100 and I only fell off 4 seconds. I wish I felt like this when I was on the rower, but I guess some things just come easier than others.
AD – 20min @ Rec pace (100-120)
