Run – 4 x 600m @ 1:20-1:24/400m pace; rest=work
I was able to keep the pace the whole way, but the last 2 were difficult. My times were 2:03, 2:01, 2:05 & 2:06.
AD – 20min @ Rec pace (100-120)
