Woke up not feeling so hot, but just had some congestion in the chest that got better as the day went on. It didn’t really hold me back in the run, so I just went with it.

Run – 4 x 600m @ 1:20-1:24/400m pace; rest=work
I could feel my legs were a little heavy from the evening before and I was worried I wasn’t going to be fast enough, but I was actually faster than the week before. My times were 1:55-1:57-2:02-2:02
AD – 20min @ Rec pace (100-120)
IP Squat Clinic (IPSC)
Not much to report on the remainder of the work except that I did it and I felt fine at the end of the session.
