Got a lot of sleep on Monday night (8+ hours) and slept like a rock last night too (6 hours + 1 hour nap today). Felt pretty good in the morning.
I gave it everything I had.

Not sure what happened here. The deadlifts felt about as good as they ever have during this WOD, but the HSPUs ate me up. I did the whole thing unbroken, but burned out quicker than I expected. Kinda disappointed in the result, but I’m happy with the deadlifts. Video below:
I got after it again this evening. Had a little bit of a cheering section, which helped.
