A. Clean & Jerk – 6 singles @ 245-255#; rest 75sec
Did 3 at 245 & 3 at 255. No problems, just getting more and more comfortable at these numbers. Feel good. Video below:
B1. Power Clean & Jerk – 5 x 7 reps for time; rest 30sec
Completed at 205 like you asked. Did all reps as TnG at shoulder. These felt a million times better than the last 2 weeks in the 12 min EMOMs. Times in seconds were 38-52-47-56-56. Never missed a rep and never went over 1 minute, which is really good for me at this weight for 7 reps.
B2. Strict HSPU – 5 x 7 reps for time; rest 90sec
No trouble at all here, you know I love doing these. Times in seconds were 16-12-10-10-11. Video of both below:
Could’ve probably got 1 more burpee each round and maybe a couple more pulls if I was competing against someone. I didn’t cheat the burpees though to get a high score and my rowing got better each round, so I definitely gave a good effort.

Boy were these painful, but I found a way to push on all of them. The drop off in work was minimal and I actually rowed more as I went along. Scores were: 21-202m, 20-207m, 20-218m & 19-218m. Videos are below:
