Wed 5/28/14:
Slept a solid 7.5 hours last night. Felt nice and rested this morning, but definitely sore in the chest, biceps & triceps from yesterday. Nothing else to report today.

These were good, the row got harder and harder each time I got on that thing, but the rest of the workout was pretty solid and I went unbroken everywhere. I tried to push myself to keep the burpees quick, but just under going to fast to sustain the pace, I didn’t want to ever rest, I just wanted to push hard. I started round 2 exactly 10 seconds late because I fumbled trying to turn on the GoPro, but I figured that wasn’t a big deal since it was only a few seconds. The times per round were 4:17, 4:29 & 4:39. Videos below:
