Only 6 hours of sleep last night, which I know isn’t good. I’ll get some solid sleep on Wed night leading into Thursday and should be able to make up for it. Shoulders & biceps are pretty smoked today from yesterday.
This was a really good session. I hit it hard the whole way. I used the HR monitor for calories on the rower, not the actual rower readout because I figured that’s what you wanted since that’s what I do on the AD.

On the first AMRAP I did 2 rounds + 9 calories on the rower and I used the 80# KB. On the second AMRAP I did 2 rounds + 12 calories on the AD. All reps with the KB & WB were unbroken.

A. Squat Snatch – 6 x 1.1; rest 20sec + 2min (build)
I’m not sure if it was the work yesterday plus the work in the morning, but I didn’t feel very powerful today even at like 135. I was able to make some pretty good reps, only missed once on the second rep at 205. I went 185, 195, 200, 205(1), 205 & 215. Videos below.
B. Snatch Pull (straps) – 3 x 2; rest 3min (heavy across)
These were much better than last week. I went 235, 255 & 275. Videos below.
C. Snatch Balance – 3 x 5; rest 2min (build)
These went pretty well, I’m still amazed at how difficult they are though. I went 165, 185 & 195. Videos below
D. GH Raise – 3 x 8; rest 2min (no assistance)
