The other day I was floating around the interwebs and I thought I’d take a look at what my friends at North Rim CrossFit in Chico have been up to.
While I was clicking around their website I noticed a blog post titled “How to make the most of your time at North Rim CrossFit” and I instantly knew I had to give it a read.
As I combed through the blog post, I realized that I had written about almost everything on their list, but all my thoughts were scattered around our blog in different posts that some may have read and some may not have.
For this reason, I’ve decided to use my friend Ryan Hignell’s blog post as our Food for Thought Friday blog post this week.
As you read through it, please think critically about which of these you do well and which you need to improve on and then take action.
Whether you’re a member at Cróga CrossFit, a member at another CrossFit gym, an endurance athlete that runs the streets, a globo-gym frequenter, or someone looking to get fit, this list is a fantastic piece of advice for what to do to get started and a reality check for those that aren’t reaching their goals as quick as they’d like.
