What is Ignite?

Ignite is Cróga’s no-barbell express group exercise program with three unique formats designed to deliver full-body results and well-rounded improvements in fitness.

Ignite: Bootcamp

Functional athletic training designed to improve stamina, endurance and body composition.

Ignite: HIIT

A circuit style class involving multiple strength and cardio stations to get maximum muscular and cardiovascular endurance.

Ignite: Yoga + Core

A dynamic yoga flow incorporating core through invigorating functional movement, focused balance work and abdominal strengthening.

All-Inclusive Fitness

This class is perfect for all levels of fitness as every workout and movement can be modified to challenge each participant individually, no matter your current level of fitness or training history.

We even work with athletes who have a history of injuries or are currently injured and need special accommodations!

Ignite Schedule

We currently offer Ignite Monday through Friday from 4:45-5:30 pm
