I went out the gate HOT on this one, totally on a mission to just crush. I figured that when my shoulders fatigued I would be forced to breathe and rest so why not try to go fast. My first tie-break time was 1:08. This plan worked pretty well because it gave me extra time at the end when my shoulders, legs & lower back were smoked from all the reps. I followed you plan of 6/5/4 for 15, 6/5/4/3 for 18 and then I went 5/5/5/3/3 for 21. I wish I had shortened the rests on the 21 just a little bit so I could’ve gotten all the cleans, but all in all I am pretty happy with a 15 rep improvement. Video is below.
