Top Flight Sports Strength and Conditioning Camps

The flyer above is for a summer camp that we will be running here at Cróga CrossFit during the weeks of June 17th-21st, July 15th-19th & August 12th-16th. This camp will take place from 9 am until 11 am and is for Boys and Girls entering grades 6th – 12th.

During our week long Top Flight/Cróga CrossFit Strength & Conditioning Program we will focus on developing each young athletes strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. We will be putting the young athletes through tried and true CrossFit workouts implemented by the “Fittest on Earth” in their everyday training.

If you know any middle school or high school students interested in improving their overall fitness so they can excel in their sport of choice come next school year, this is the perfect opportunity to get a jump start.

During these 3 weeks, there will be NO 9 am General CrossFit Class
