4 x 3 Min AMRAP:
6 Toes-to-bars
6 Ring Dips

Rest 3 mins between each AMRAP.
Restart at beginning of each AMRAP.

Don’t forget we have CrossFit Mobility this Thursday at 7:30 pm with Coach Britt. This is in addition to our regularly scheduled General CrossFit Class.

We will be CLOSED this Saturday 8/23, because we are participating in the Bay Area ROC Race. We’re looking forward to a fun day with all those signed up.
