During the month of October we challenged all our members to complete The Whole30, “a short-term nutritional reset, designed to help you restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, calm systemic inflammation and put an end to unhealthy cravings, habits, and relationships with food.”
We watched as a good number of you read It Starts With Food, talked to each other daily about how it’d been going, shared recipes in our members only Facebook group and celebrated a successful completion at our Paleo Potluck on November 1st.
We are extremely proud of all of you that participated and couldn’t be happier with the results we’ve seen in weight loss, attitude change and increased culinary knowledge. You are all the definition of Whole30 Success!
